Avocado Chocolate Mousse | vegan, sugar free, healthy
- Food processor
- 2 ripe avocados medium
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut cream or other plant based milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to microwave safe bowl
- Melt chocolate chip/coconut oil mixture in microwave in 30 second intervals
- Add all the ingredients to the food processor.
- Blend until smooth and cream
- Chill and serve!
