
Chocolate Almond Chia Pudding (vegan, sugar free, healthy)
This is my chocolate almond pudding recipe. I used this plus my homemade oreos recipe to make dirt cups. Great snack for kids or make an awesome halloween dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk (can sub other plant based milk)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup raw almond butter unsweetened
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 6 dates pitted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend almond milk, cocoa powder, almond butter, dates, and vanilla on high until well combined
- Add chia to mixture and blend again on high until mixture is smooth and creamy
- Transfer to a bowl and chill for at least 5 hours, but preferably overnight.,
